It’s Never Been about “Leadership.” It’s about Evolution.

As you may have figured out, I’m on a mission. A mission to end suffering at work. A mission to amplify the necessity of wellbeing and wholeness in the conversation about how well we perform, together, for the long run.

A mission to help the world wake up, one team at a time.

For the last twelve-plus years, I’ve been chipping away at this mission. In the midst of my own transformation, raising small humans, learning true partnership, and uncovering what my values actually mean when life gets hard, my commitment to this work has only deepened.

One thing has become clear: for me, this has never been about “leadership” in and of itself.

This is about helping people in positions of power make wise, compassionate decisions.

This is about inviting adults to mature into their human potential.

This is about supporting people in genuinely being with themselves and others.

This is about getting teams unstuck so they can make a positive difference for society.

That is why I am thrilled to share that I have joined forces with an incredible team who has designed every fiber of who they are around the delivery of this shared mission.
