  • Based on the Wholeness at Work coaching program, this coaching engagement is a powerful support structure to move you from burnout to sustainable leadership performance.
  • Engagement Structure: 3-Month Engagement 
  • Pre-Engagement:
    1. Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) - pre/post
    2. Enneagram survey
    3. Wholeness at Work: Free Yourself from Burnout For Good - self-guided coaching workbook
  • Ongoing Engagement:
    1. One individual coaching call per month, plus
    2. One group coaching call per month with other Wholeness at Work participants and alumni to gain connections, ideas, inspiration, and share challenges in a safe, candid environment

Enneagram Coaching


  • Dive deeply into a more personalized understanding of how your Enneagram type is impacting your work/life and leadership, following a development roadmap uniquely tailored to your needs.
  • Engagement Structure:3-Month Engagement 
  • Pre-Engagement:

    2. Virtual Enneagram Overview
  • Ongoing Engagement:
    1. Scheduled calls 2x per month for 3 months
